I didn’t stay here, just came in for breakfast, but it was so delicious and the staff was so kind. Served in comforting pottery that keeps your egg dish warm and had beautiful dollops of butter on my big fluffy toast. Love this place. Highly recommend.

We didn't stay. Just breakfast. Wow! Delicious homemade bread and croissant, bacon and egg cooked in an original ceramic pot, and very tasty latte! All served with warm smiles. Wonderful!

Really comfortable and spacious bed in lush surroundings - right outside the dorm room was the comforting sound of murmuring spring waters. Hostel was within walking distance to the main street but quiet enough for utter relaxation. Food was excellent - fresh croissants, baked eggs and bacon at breakfast were delicious! Dinner was a tender steak of wagyu beef paired with a glass of French wine - the perfect ending to a luxurious day of soaking in Arima's famed hot springs! Very friendly owners who provided great recommendations and were attentive and sincere - a highly recommended stay.

I had a great stay there, lots of privacy despite being a dormitory. The bed is wide and has a curtain. Public space has fridge, microwave, kettle and hair dryer. I was pleasantly woken by a fragrant coffee smell every morning. The host is also very friendly and helpful. TIP: instead of taking Kobe Dentetsu train to Arima Onsen station which u have to walk upslope to reach Brucke, take bus (Arima line) from JR takarazuka station, bus runs kinda every 2h once. Alight at higashi arima onsen stop and walk 7mins (flat walk or down slope!). It could be dark at night for about 100metres but it is safe. Just turn on your mobile phone torch so cars can see u. The other part of the way is full led from carparks lighting. When u leave, u can go to arima onsen dentetsu station, its downslope walk again!

We wanted to have breakfast and inquired with hotel. They shared that the restaurant wasn't open. We sat down in the lobby to search for some other options, when the gentleman at the desk came over and stated the restaurant was open and ready for us. We were greeted warmly by the owner, who informed us she was limited in certain items that morning. No problem for us at all and we ordered our food. Everything was so good that my children ended up ordering second meals. It wasn't until we had paid and were leaving and thanking her that she apologized for not having a "full" menu but she was actually closed until the hotel called and asked her if she could serve us. I'm not sure many places offer that level of service anymore, and we are so grateful and appreciative for all she did for us. Thank you so much!!

We got there for a coffee and breakfast. Variously and good options for the breakfast. And the coffee is expresso based. Also, very nice location at the edge of the bridge (brücke in German). Payment by card issued from abroad banks is available.
